We work with many insurance providers and managed care companies that cover treatment at Lake Wellness Center facilities. We work with many of the larger insurance companies on helping individuals with addiction get the personalized addiction help they need to turn their lives around.

Lake Wellness Center facilities have contracts with most health insurance plans, HMOs, and arranged care companies. We will help you obtain information about your insurance policy but specific coverage and benefits vary greatly. Your insurance carrier may require reviews of treatment during your stay and we work with them to provide information required to determine medical necessity of services. However, Lake Wellness Center has no control over the review outcomes, and reviews do not guarantee payment by your insurance carrier. Please understand that Lake Wellness Center facilities cannot hold your insurance company responsible for payment of fees.

Regardless of your insurance provider, the policy is a contract between you and the insurance company and patients are responsible for co-payments and deductibles. Personal checks and credit cards are accepted. To sort out insurance coverage when you arrive, bring your insurance ID card and your driver's license.
